COVID-19 Office Precautions and Reccomendations
This has been a challenging time for everyone concerning the COVID 19 virus. We wanted to let you know the effort we are making at the office concerning social distancing efforts and sanitation efforts to keep our clients and office members safe. Our office staff has been complying with the stay home stay healthy order from the Governor’s office and will continue to maintain social distancing efforts inside and outside the office.
Spacing Out Appointments and Sanitizing Inbetween
We are spacing out appointments as best as possible to help reduce contact between groups. We ask that you be patient when you arrive to the office to give us time to wipe to common areas and surfaces and follow prevention guidelines.
Social Distancing Between Appointments
We are asking that you do not arrive more than 10 mins prior to your appointment. If you are a new client that should give you enough time to fill out your paperwork. We will have chairs in the hallway and ask that if you see a group in the waiting room or office area checking out or finishing up their appointment that you please wait in the hallway until you are called in for your appointment.
Providing Hand Sanitizer
There is hand sanitizer available and please feel free to use it before coming into the office
Live Streaming Ultrasounds to Family
Normally we encourage you to bring as many family and friends with you to your appointment as you would like. However, with COVID 19 precautions we are asking that you limit your groups to 8 or less. We have a LIVE streaming APP available at our office that you may utilize to live stream your ultrasound to other family and friends that are unable to attend the appointment in person. It is super easy to use and only takes us a couple mins to set it up once you arrive at the office. Feel free to give us a call if you have questions.
Please Bring & Wear a Mask
Starting June 26th 2020, you and all members of your party are required to wear a mask to the office for your appointment. Our staff members will be wearing a mask in the office as well to help keep ourselves and you safe.
Make Sure You Are Healthy
Please make sure all members of your group are healthy and not having any COVID 19 illness symptoms
You will be required to sign a COVID-19 release form upon arrival at the office for your appointment.
